Kumaran Rajendran is Senior Managing Director and Head of Digital Solutions and Innovation at SLC Management. He is responsible for driving the innovative end-to-end technology solutions and operational and security initiatives that support SLC Management's business and partner functions.
Kumaran joined the firm in 2023 as Managing Director, Data & Analytics, Client Experience and Innovation Technology, where he matured the firm’s data and analytics practice. His leadership introduced advanced data capabilities, including AI, leading to increased internal productivity and enhanced employee experiences. Kumaran also led numerous initiatives aimed at transforming the client experience and improving service delivery across the business.
Prior to joining SLC Management, Kumaran held several senior leadership roles across leading financial institutions, including RBC, Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
Kumaran holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
