Annette Serrao is Managing Director, U.S. Portfolio Manager for SLC Management, with a focus on long duration strategies. Annette co-manages long credit and custom liability-driven investment (LDI) portfolios as part of the U.S. Total Return Fixed Income Team. She is primarily responsible for the portfolio construction process, credit analysis and trading within these strategies. Annette also oversees a team of corporate credit traders dedicated to daily execution and supporting portfolio management team.
Annette has over 15 years of experience and joined the organization in 2010 as an Analyst for Ryan Labs, which was acquired and rebranded under the SLC Management banner in 2020. Immediately prior to her current role, Annette was a Credit Analyst supporting the portfolio management team. She also served as Portfolio Strategist, where her primary responsibilities included conducting asset liability analysis and providing portfolio insights to clients and consultants.
Annette previously served as an Associate at Tata Consultancy Services, India, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector, leading data warehousing projects related to credit cards, mortgages, personal loans and auto loans across different geographies. She also holds a Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification.
Annette earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, India. She is a CFA charterholder.
