Fil leads the Investments team in the Americas and is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing InfraRed’s infrastructure investment opportunities in the region.
Fil was responsible for leading the origination and execution of a number of value-add investments, including SH-288 Toll Lanes, LiveOak Fiber, and Public Safety Towers. He is a member of the Americas control committee and the Investment Committee for the firm’s value-add strategies. He also holds director positions within the portfolio companies of various InfraRed funds, including LiveOak Fiber and Qu Data Centres.
Before joining InfraRed in 2014, he worked at Bilfinger Project Investments in Australia, focusing on the development of PPP projects. Prior to this, Filip worked for Macquarie, focusing on investing in a broad range of infrastructure assets in the USA and Australia. He has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure investing and financing.
