Matt Salzillo is Managing Director, U.S. Portfolio Manager for SLC Management, focusing on the corporate credit sector. Matt co-manages the short duration, intermediate and core portfolios as part of the U.S. Total Return Fixed Income Team. He also oversees the team of corporate credit strategists who focus on managing these strategies for the firm.
Matt joined the firm in 2004 as a Trader/Analyst for Ryan Labs, which was acquired and rebranded under the SLC Management banner in 2020. Throughout his tenure he has taken roles of increasing responsibility, with immediate oversight on trading across asset classes in the fixed income markets, working within the portfolio management team to develop and implement investment strategies, and monitoring portfolio and trade compliance.
Matt earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers University and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Seton Hall University.
